1. How to download Standard (Monophonic) Ringtones

• In standard, a message will be displayed on the phone screen saying "New Ringtone/Logo Received". You can either save this directly to your phone (press options > Save) or if you prefer it is possible to listen/view first (press options > playback/view).

• To activate your new ringtone locate the profiles or options menu on your phone and select your new ringtone.
  
  *Please Note: On some phones it is only possible to store one ringtone - see your user guide, on these handsets if you download a new ringtone it will replace any that you have previously purchased.

2. How to download All Polyphonic Ringtones, Backgrounds and Games
Our ringtones, backgrounds and games can be downloaded using the link sent in the text message to your mobile phone, or you can use these download instructions:

• 1. Open the browser on your phone and find the menu option which allows you to 'go to url' or 'enter url'.

• 2. Enter get.ringtones.com (no www necessary)

• 3. Once there, you will be prompted for a download id. This is the 9 digit id that is displayed on the website and also sent in your confirmation email after the order was submitted.
